Our audit guarantee: If your AI-Era SEO Audit returns an overall AI-readiness score of 8/10 or higher, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked. If the audit finds little worth fixing, you don't pay.
1. AI-Era SEO Audit (one-time purchase)
- Score guarantee: A full refund is provided if your delivered audit shows an overall score of 8/10 or above.
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver your audit within the stated timeframe and cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Already delivered: Because the audit is a custom digital report prepared specifically for your website, once it has been delivered and the score is below 8/10, the work is complete and refunds are not generally available except as described above or where required by law.
2. Subscription services
For recurring services (such as a monthly SEO subscription), you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; payments already made for the current period are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered.
3. How to request a refund
